Hi, I’m Nick, the coach behind Everyday Fitness.
I work with everyday people who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident — without being intimidated or pushed into extreme training. My passion for health and fitness are based in strength and conditioning, small-group training, and outdoor bootcamps, and I specialise in helping people who are getting back into exercise after time away.
I started Everyday Fitness because too much of the fitness industry makes things harder than they need to be. Fitness should fit into real life, not take it over.
